One of the builders we collaborate with purchased a lifestyle block where he planned to build his family home. With five daughters all under the age of 13, the family wanted a home that would grow with them and suit their needs for the next 10 years. We felt it was important to maintain a classic barn-style aesthetic for the house, featuring pitched roofs and a matching pool house. The design includes a spacious mudroom and scullery, three bathrooms (two of which are en-suites), and a main family bathroom. The layout also incorporates two living spaces and a pool that seamlessly connects the house to the backyard and pool house, creating a functional and inviting family environment.
